Following recent developments we understand peace of mind is important when considering a holiday, as a family run business we want our guests to feel confident when booking with us in these uncertain times.

We are offering our customers the option to defer your booking, receive a credit on your account* or cancel your booking to ensure you do not lose your money, in the event of the following scenarios:-

• Government restrictions imposed on travel, including regional lockdowns or restrictions
• Government restrictions imposed on travel to our area or any cross border restrictions.
• The re-closure of holiday letting accommodation as a result of COVID-19.
• A positive Covid-19 Test**

Please note that if you are unable or unwilling to travel for any other reason, our standard cancellation terms would apply and therefore we would recommend you take out our Hire Cancellation Protection at the time of booking.
