All of the management and staff of Seafield Caravan Park and The Ocean Club would like to convey our sincere thanks and gratitude to all of our customers and owners during what is a very challenging time.
We have now contacted all customers with reservations up until 30 April 2020, to re-book their holiday, hold the money over or receive a refund.
Please note that we have been in contact with Barclays Bank, and due to the volume of transactions that are currently being processed, refunds are taking longer than the standard 3 working days to process. Please be patient, your refund has been processed by Seafield Park, and you will receive the funds in due course.
The next Government announcement about Coronavirus COVID-19, and the current lockdown situation, will take place on 13 April 2020 (time to be announced). Until that briefing, no further decision will be made about reservations in May for our hire accommodation or touring pitches.
If you have a balance to pay for your booking in May, please do not pay the balance at the current time, and await further instructions from ourselves.
Due to social distancing, we are temporarily working with reduced office staff and keeping office hours under review. We will keep our website updated with the latest information, www.seafieldpark.co.uk, but if you need to get in touch, then please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For owners, at the current time, the park is still only open for those who do not have another residential address. For all other owners, we would politely ask you to take heed of Government advice regarding non-essential travel.
We have been very grateful for the patience that everyone has shown so far, and we could kindly ask this to continue. It is an extremely challenging time for all of us.
