The peace and tranquility of the park is one of its greatest attractions and the village of Seahouses has more than its fair share of cafes, shops, beaches and bars – and it’s all within easy walking distance.

At Seafield our holiday homes for hire are unrivalled, we thrive on going far beyond expectations. All holiday homes cone as standard with central heating, double glazing and full insulation. A real home away from home, they all benefit from modern conveniences including comfortable bedrooms (double bedroom and either one or two twin bedrooms) with beds made up on arrival, superb shower rooms, fully equipped kitchens with dining area, lounge with multi-channel flat screen TV and the option to sleep additional guests on the sofa bed.  Gated verandahs are standard on all holiday homes for hire, with outside furniture to dine alfresco and watch the sun setting at the end of the day.  Everyone is welcome at Seafield and there’s no need to leave your four legged friends behind with the option of our pet friendly models.

All of our accommodation for hire is within walking distance of the picture postcard village of Seahouses, the golden sandy beaches and fantastic views of the Farne Islands and Bamburgh Castle.

Booking Advice


A non refundable deposit of £75 per reservation is payable upon booking. Bookings made within five weeks of your arrival date must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

Balance of Payment

A statement showing the outstanding balance will be sent to you on receipt of your booking form and deposit. The balance must be paid, so as to arrive no less than 6 weeks before the commencement date of your holiday, with the exception of our 7 nights for the price of 4 offer where the balance is payable before the 31st January. If the balance is not paid with in the stated time, you will appreciate that we reserve the right to treat your holiday as cancelled, and therefore we will reallocate the accommodation.

Arrival and Departure

Holiday homes are ready for occupation from 3pm on the day of arrival, however, it would be appreciated if you could arrive no later than 5pm. If you wish to arrive after this time you must let us know in advance so we can make alternative arrangements. On departure day holiday homes are to be vacated by 10am.

Cancellation Protection Plan

For cancellation protection to be valid the appropriate charge of £40 per week or part of, must be paid at the time of booking. The available funds of the schemes will absolve you from any outstanding liability and ensure the return of all monies paid if you have to cancel in advance due to illness, accident, death or maternity of any member of your party, or jury service or unemployment by redundancy, of the person who made the booking. In the event of a cancellation please advise in writing as soon as possible. Satisfactory evidence of the genuineness of claims is, of course, required (see condition 4 of booking conditions)


We have always welcomed pets and therefore two pets are allowed per holiday home/lodge at a charge of £35 per pet and MUST be booked in when making booking as only a small number of holiday homes are made available for customers with pets. Please note that dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst on the park. ‘Dangerous breeds’ are not accepted.

Car Parking

There is an allocated hard standing parking space next to your holiday home; however, extra vehicles may be required to park at our entrance.


We regret that there is no facility for boat parking on the park. However, Seahouses and nearby Beadnell have facilities for parking for all sizes of boats and family size craft.
