Annual pitch rentals at Seafield include all charges except gas, electric and caravan insurance and are graded depending on facilities, location, privacy and views. There are four grades of pitches depending on location and facilities but whichever pitch you choose for your new holiday home at Seafield, you can be sure it represents outstanding value for money. In common with many other leisure parks, we also charge a once payable, non-refundable pitch development fee starting from £6,000, which is a contribution towards the cost of all of the park infrastructure. There is a sliding scale of charges depending on a range of factors such as level of facility and location.
